★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I moved into unit 5 last year. Gail was extremely helpful in getting me in there cause I was going through a divorce.First the condition of the unit on move in: Terrible, nails, and two sided tape all over the walls, patches of carpet missing, found old food left in shelves. simple fixed stuff myself ($3 can of white base rustoleum from walmart to clean and fix the vent hood over the oven. side paneling along the trailer was broke and missing all around trailer.Affter move in:1 month, oven went out and broke, was told its just the pilot light and was never fixed.Dishwasher: took a month to come in and had to install it myselfside paneling: I recieved a letter one day from the city of ardmore about the issue saying it needed to be fixed, when I gave the letter to Gail, she simply said, "i know" to the date, it still hasn't been fixed, which is upsurd cause in thier leasing contract it states to let them know about side paneling to help reduce heating cost.AC, AC went out one evening, i opened the box and cleaned out the paneling myself, diaagnosed the problem and called gail with the information that morning. It took almost 6 weeks for anything to be done about the problem. The solution, I was given a small window unit, which I also had to install myself. Collectively after that, I would come home and it would be usually over 85 degrees in my unit everyday and wouldn't begin to cool off until after sun set. Ultimatly I was told, it is what it is.Meanwhile I occured a HUGE electric bill as the malfuctioned AC attenpted to work running me in the poor house. I made it throught the winter but as soon as the tempature started rising I petitioned for the AC again with no help.Eventually I felt like the living conditions were unlivable in the current state and broke my lease. I wasn't going to comment until I noticed that they have since than moved someone into unit five. The unit side paneling still hasn't been fixed to date and they solved the AC problem by adding another window unit (why couldn't I get that).Upsetting is I left that place in better condition than move in and i still havne't recieved word about my deposit and doubt I will.See pictures attached.

October 11 · Amanda BlackMangers is to the point kind of person. I have Lived here for almost a year. The place is clean and have had no problems with anything. Trailers are old and need some updating but over all nice place to live.
February 05 · David ShannonThis was once a good place to live. Those days are over. It’s a dump. A ghetto. A trailer park in every sense of the word. And as if that weren’t enough, the property manager is a rude, abrasive, loud mouthed bully. Keep looking, you don’t want to live here.
May 16 · Kimberly BaileyThe lady is rude. She starts off by saying if she doesn't like the color of your skin, the way you walk, talk or smell, you're not getting the place. We was looking for a 3br for myself, husband, his dad and our daughter. We were living in an apartment for 2 years and his dad just moved from Florida to live with US. She then tells my husband who's 26, he needs to grow up and stop living with his dad. Umm. Lady his dad lives with us?! We've been living on our own for awhile. Mind your business. You're a landlord. Nothing more. We obviously decided to look elsewhere for a home. No regrets. If you wanna be belittled by an over grown child, then this is the perfect place.
