Meadow Lane RV Park is emerging as a strong contender for those who prioritize cleanliness, convenience, and a sense of security. For Texans, from traveling nurses and short-term workers to families exploring our state, this park offers a blend of practical amenities and a pleasant environment, all within easy reach of Austin's vibrant energy and the broader Central Texas region.
Meadow Lane RV Park boasts a highly advantageous location at 16201 Summit Dr, Austin, TX 78728, USA. This address places it in North Austin, offering exceptional accessibility and convenience for all travelers.
One of its most significant highlights is its proximity to Interstate 35 (I-35), a major north-south highway that connects many of Texas's largest cities. This direct access makes it an ideal spot for those traveling through Texas, as well as for locals commuting to work or exploring the Austin-Round Rock metropolitan area.
The park's location provides "easy access to both Austin and Round Rock." This is a huge benefit for residents, as it puts them within close reach of Austin's renowned dining, live music, cultural attractions, tech industry, and healthcare facilities. Simultaneously, the proximity to Round Rock offers access to additional shopping centers, entertainment venues, and employment opportunities, including Dell Technologies' global headquarters and the Dell Diamond baseball stadium. For those working or attending events in either city, Meadow Lane RV Park serves as a practical and well-situated home base. The park's design, with its "spacious driveway that makes it easy for maneuvering any size rig," further enhances its accessibility.

Meadow Lane RV Park Reviews
We had a great stay at Meadow Lane RV Park. It's conveniently located right off I-35, with easy access to both Austin and Round Rock. Once you drive through the coded gate, the park opens up into a clean, well-maintained area with landscaped grassy areas between sites, large concrete pads (pull-through sites are extra long) and a spacious driveway that makes it easy for maneuvering any size rig. There’s a nice playground for the kids and a dog park with fun obstacles. The park was super quiet during our stay and felt very safe and peaceful. There's a temporary bathhouse for now, but new bathhouse and pool in the works, which will make it even better. We were here for just a week exploring the area, but it’s a great spot for traveling nurses or anyone working short-term in the area as well.
May 16, 2025 · George & Paula RobertsEveryone staying here is full time. We came just for one night. We pulled in at 6:00pm. Gate closed. They don’t answer there number. Our paid email confirmation had no gate code. And it was expensive, we paid $88!Fortunately a nice guy staying there gave us the code. We knew our site number but 1/2 the sites don’t have numbers and where visible unless you get out and walk up to the post. There’s no posted site map anywhere online. Also this is a very very low income area and as a single mom with kids I felt very unsafe here.Unless you’re desperate. Find another spot!Only positive is the concrete and turning radius were well done. They also had nice landscaping. They need to fire whoever is running the place.
Apr 05, 2025 · Rashel HarrisThe only amenity at this park is internet. But it's installed in a way that it stops working when it's hot outside. So every single day from around 3:30 pm to after 6pm we have no internet, which is incredibly frustrating since we work from home. If you have literally only one amenity, it should work. They said "oh we've just now heard of the issue" when I called. Impossible, because I stayed here in September and October and it did the same thing then!Speaking of back then, the spots where the supposed office and pool are going to be look exactly the same now as they did then. No progress at all in 7 months. I've never even seen any work being done at all. So any "coming soon" advertising is also a lie. There's no pool, no office, no laundry, and the public restroom trailer leaves something to be desired, so my husband tells me.Three stars because the site is level and the spots are spaced out nicely for this kind of park. Landscaping is nice and maintained. The park is very quiet and I feel very safe here. We have never had anything stolen or vandalized. So the comments about "unsafe neighborhood" are pretty unwarranted. Of the parks we could find, this one was conveniently located close to the places we needed to be. And the direct connect internet is great, when it's actually working. And the people here have all been nice. The issues are all upper management/ownership issues. And as those issues wear on me, I'm tempted to drop it to two stars. But it's definitely overpriced for what it is. It could be a great park if it delivered on what it says it will provide. But as-is it's a very nice parking lot with utilities.
May 25, 2025 · Erica WilsonMy husband and I took a month long tour through Texas in March. We decided to stay at a NICE campground with a swimming pool and other GREAT amenities that we read in your profile. Driving in we encountered a rough neighborhood and almost turned around. I took pictures to prove this. We decided to continue due to being tired and needing to stop. Wow- wait a minute, NO SWIMING POOL. FORGET the amenities. What a disappointment. When going to our other campsites we ended up with half the price you charged and beautiful sites. When your campsite is DONE it is going to be a great place to stay minus the neighborhood by the gate. Until then you should not be charging your huge price. I consider this FALSE advertising and thinking about posting my pictures! Please feel free to contact my husband or I.
Mar 24, 2025 · eva maueStayed over the winter. Pristinely clean and quick access to the freeways. Loved the dog park. The camp hosts were the kindest and most helpful hosts we’ve had. All the amenities weren’t set up yet but still loved our stay
