This park has been a great place to stay, our neighbors have been very friendly, the laundry facility is regularly cleaned, maintenance crew is great and the new managers in the office have been a pleasure to work with. Area around the park may be considered rough but they do a good job of keeping the bad stuff out. They also have High Speed Internet offers here which has been amazing!

While the neighboring areas around this park might not be so great, the park remains unaffected thanks to the efforts of management. The people here are friendly and come from all walks of life. I truly enjoy my neighbors. The spaces are well-maintained and so is the park. I always see the maintenance guy out on the golf cart working hard to keep the property clean and functional. He’s also very friendly. The park is very quiet and peaceful at night. Not to mention, location! We’re less than 5 mins from the freeway and not far from downtown. Perfect for anyone who needs to commute to work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay short or long term. Thank you for all of your hard work, Phoenix! It doesn’t go unnoticed.
