Management is sketchy. Moved out of rental unit in August and they still haven't switched the utilities back to them. The power to unit is about to shut off if they don't respond. Also still haven't gotten security deposit back or the months of power bills where I no longer lived in unit. Also, they're sticklers for keeping the tiny yard mowed, but didn't actually provide a place to put a mower and want to charge an exorbitant price for lawn mowing and they are terrible about maintaining the road through the complex. Plus, the church next door is terrible about noise, especially Thursday nights and Sunday mornings, and nothing is done about it. - D Hemp
