Maple Hills Mobile Home Park Reviews
I want their about seeing a trailer and it literally had trash all over the trailer park
Mar 22, 2025 · Wendy NeddIt is slowly running down hill. Was getting better then all of a sudden all the rift raff is in. Your not allowed pools small or big, trampolines, and also not allowed a basketball hoop. So many rules for a trailer park. Buena Vista (A place in Florida who owns condos, ect) owns this now. Owner isn't even in the same state. Also there's families here who end up with their stuff missing out the yard, kids' toys, bikes, etc. This place needs a new lease that's appropriate for the situation at the park. The lease is written out for places like condos, apartment complexes, etc. No Amenities. You pay for trash. That used to be included. Hope to see some type of ball course or pool or something for the kids. Since we are not allowed to have our own. Alot of rules and regulations that stop my kids from having any type of non troubling fun.
