Apr 05, 2025 · Lilly BullI have lived here for a year and I am going to be honest I loved my trailer it fit me and my family perfect but as for anything else I'm going to start like this we reported numerous times to the landlord that we have issue with our trailer one our front bathroom the tub was never hooked up so all the water goes into the ground the plumbing backed up numerous times over winter leaving our home smelling like sewage and with out proper draining our toilets constantly over flowed when I back bathroom tub wouldn't drain down the pipe it went all over the floor underneath causing floor damage and black mold to occur our ceiling is splitting from front of the trailer to the back we have to slam all the doors to get them to latch we also have to basically kick them in just to open them our yard is so low that whenever it rains the water just sits in the yard becoming stagnant and the list goes on the greatest thing is that our maintenance man was the greatest friend we could have made here I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE TRAILER COURT TO ANYONE SO IF YOU WANT SOMEWHERE GOOD TO LIVE GO TO MOBILE MANOR
