Maple Grove Communities Reviews
Naw management is awful, shortly after he arrived he drove his golf cart through my yard while dragging my trash can back to my porch (damaging it) when I heard the noise and went outside to confront and ask him to no longer do that I was berated for not being on the lease (I live with my parent and was told by old management I had no need to register). Since then my family has been harassed for months including but not limited to more golfcarting through the yard, leering and scowling at my entire family, and posting illegitimate 24 hr eviction notices out of the blue for being a few days late. This has all happened to us while other in the neighborhood are allowed to shoot off fireworks at any date any time, drive 40mph through the streets, and allow so many cars to park on streets that you have to take alternate routes to get to your home. All of this while the rent is outrageously high. Do not move here.
Sep 25, 2024 · MalekeThe park does not look as nice as it used to. When they changed ownership, park has went downhill. There are several potholes still not filled after months. One pothole has bricks in it to fill it. Trash all over. Shall I go on.
Jan 11, 2025 · angela smithThis is the worst place I have ever lived. I would move so fast as soon as possible. It's a terribly bad nightmare to live here. Rules are broken every day to certain people. Park manager does nothing and police won't do anything either.
Aug 04, 2024 · peggy wardIf I could have done zero stars it would be more accurate. They screwed up on my security deposit return and I have talked ti multple people and no one seems to be able to help. I finally got ahold of the corporation and they said they would get back with me and then never did. Now they wont answer my phone call. I wait days in between calling to give then time to figure things out. My main thing is everyone who lives here check your security deposit and their break doen of it. They may try to screw you over to!! Thealsoalso
