Both are so friendly, have a good sense of humor, and stay on top of the problems they are made aware of.But where this front office REALLY shines, is Crystal. This woman not only got back to me about a problem at 7pm, well after the office's closing for the day, but stayed in contact with me well into the evening, keeping me updated and resolving my issue.Get a home in this community, aside from adding new homes consistently, the help from the front office is there and valuble.This office is helpful, knowledgeable, and active in community situations.I renewed my lease twice. Might be a third time, too.

Ohh but let your grass go an extra day without cutting it and they quick to try to collect 20/60$ for whatever BS fee it is at that time. There are power outages every year mostly in winter but when it happens like right now they tend to drag their feet to fix it. I have tried to get in contact with them regarding this issue as it is getting warmer out and we have pets as do most people in this park with no answer. Ive been living in this park for 3 ish years and its not worth the money or hassle.
