Unprofessional management. They say one thing, then do another.Property manager s family does not abide by rules/guidelines.Manager gossips about tenants to other tenants. He vehicle has a big sticker across the back that says "locally hated", definitely speaks trailer trash!
Jan 08, 2025 · kara bastianWe thought o cute place to take care of our family. Oops we were wrong!! Every little thing our family does is wrong. Can't use blankets for the windows even when you cant afford curtains, other then chairs and a table on the porch that's it, or they threaten 5 day notices. Yard must be mowed once a week. I wonder what they will do in the winter?? This place is not ok. We own the trailer, and they feel they own everything!! Please be careful if you think of renting here!!
Sep 14, 2024 · princesspatty1983If I could give it a zero star a would horrible place to live with new company and management don’t bother on coming here. Last night we had tornado sirens go off and they refused to let the people in the basement. Tiffany the new manager said hrp the new company is not allowing anyone down there any more. THEY NEVER LET ANYONE KNOW AHEAD OF TIME. There were families with kids and pets waiting to take shelter LIKE EVERY YEAR and were denied entry the sirens kept going off and the kids were scared same with the parents. Next time they should let their residents know ahead of time instead of letting them ALL know while the tornado sirens are going off and they are with their kids and pets outside expecting to take shelter 😡.Tiffany goes around doing inspections and telling you what you can’t have outside but yet she and her whole family has exactly what’s not allowed outside like for example an above ground fireplace supposedly they aren’t allowed but yet she has one hiding behind her home that she still uses and how you can’t park cars on grass but her family parks their trucks on the grass for a day or 2 or 3 🤡 but don’t get me wrong. They are really good at certain things like raising your rent every year charging you for a 3rd car even though they all fit in your parking spot.
May 23, 2025 · E KVery expensive for a small piece of property that you have no rights to and everything needs approval when putting anything in the yard or taking out. This was years ago I suppose its cheaper now that Fond du Lac rental prices increased significantly, but if you can buy your own home on it's own land is better.
Dec 21, 2024 · Eric DielsTerrible management. Do not come here. Extremely biased, terms of your lease are null and void until you do something management doesn't like and then all the sudden you get 10 notices on your door even though your neighbors are doing the exact same thing as you but they don't get in trouble. And when you complain to higher up management they just shrug their shoulders and do nothing about it.
