If I could do 0 stars I would. I’ve been here since 2019. The first set of managers were a bunch of witches and the second set they just added are no better. They had me take down my trampoline MONTHS ago and it broke my 4 year old to pieces. Their excuse was due to liability reasons. I see that there is still neighbors with theirs up and for some reason they aren’t being harassed to get it taken down. I own my trailer and I just pay the overly priced lot rent. They’ve managed to block my email and for some reason my phone number. DONT COME LIVE HERE. You’d have better luck going and renting an overly priced apartment or even town house. Maybe the management won’t be so awful and so short handed. If it wasn’t for me owning this place and having no where else to go I would have left when they switched the managers and staff in office.Stay away from this place. - Anna Casanova
