Mai Tai Village Reviews
All I’m going to say is !!!! Stay away dont buy and don’t recommend! Cause expect Racism, illegal evictions and lots of bullying by the office personal if you do buy in that place then expect the stressed and depression. This comment is coming from a good previous owner who was bullied all because they knew I spoke to an owner they were bullying so I became their target as well… I’m surprised that they are still standing and the government haven’t shut them down.
May 16, 2025 · AdeLived here 3+ years at first it was ok but new management is horrible they bother you for everything won’t let you do anything to you’re own home the manager is racist they won’t let u parallel park ur car in ur own driveway my car car has been parked in my driveway for a while since I don’t use it and they violated me, don’t waste ur time here you will regret it, I’m selling home and getting out of here asap
Apr 23, 2025 · memo babyI've lived here for a while now, hasn't always been great, has always been clean and well kept. Has gotten much much better since Toreen has been here, she is a great asset to the community. Everyone I have met has been friendly, in the past the follow thru wasn't great, now the communication is fantastic.
Apr 17, 2024 · Donna MarshDefinitely the worst place to live. They will find every and any reason to "evict" you and their office management is horrible and horribly rude. I miss the old management and I have lived in the park for over 20 years. Never bothered anyone, everyone watched me grow up. On top of that they love to change the rules on you where you can't have any guest in the pool, gym, or accessed areas where you would love to bring family from out of town and so on. Nope, if they are not verified residents of the park you are not allowed to bring them. Unless you are old with a lot of money where people can take care of the things you need such as pressure washing your house almost every month, or weed eating your lawn every week (which they sent us notices that we don't havr to do it but guess what, you do.) and that's only for the front of the park... if you go to backs there's so many homes that have been so horrible maintained but it's okay. I do not recommend living here anymore. This community went from great, to garbage. Oh let's not forget the shoots outs you'll have in front of your homes from time to time. Or how the gates are always broken and they love to waste money on that. Oh wait, you'll love to waste money on that because rent goes up every year by at least $25-50. On top of that the lawn service and bug service you pay for is worth nothing. My recommendation? Don't live here. The office staff are very racist as well.
Jul 25, 2024 · Rachel PhillipsNot a great place to live. Fence surrounding properties is falling apart. They don't keep the grounds clean. The people in the office are rude and unfriendly. They charge way too much for their lots. You purchase the home and still have to maintain the grass. When you want to sell they make it hard for you and give you a low ball price to purchase your home. Better off selling in your own.
