Last year, I was helping my husband with his dad , because his dad had surgery. On May 5th, 2024, I was staying in one of the rooms, in bed around 12am, barely falling asleep until I heard a loud banging at the window 3 times. I was startled and hesitant about and eventually looked out the window. The landlord was standing next to my car in the rain, with a cigarette in his mouth pointing at me. He then went towards the entrance gate of the mobile home and knocked over a large planter. I had to call the cops on him twice. I have videos of him harassing us at 12am-2am that morning. After that night, I have not been able to sleep well. I wake up startled every night thinking someone is breaking into my home(I don’t live in Magnolia). I wasn’t going post a review however it’s been over a year and I’m still having problems sleeping hearing banging as I’m falling asleep, dreams that the landlord is trying to break into my home. I don’t like coming here to help my father-in-law. As a property manager I tell people interested in this property to be careful and stay informed about their tenant rights.The landlord needs to be more professional, not harass his tenants. There could have been children in that room. I want to talk to whoever owns the property not the landlord of it.
