False Advertising - Property Manager is Trash Human with Zero IntegrityAvoid this place at all costs - the pictures are misleading and this place hasn't been maintained or cleaned in years. Owner is also aware of these issues yet still refuses to refund money due to inhabitable conditions.Zero integrity, zero sanitation, zero safety, horrible experience. BBB complaint filed. You have been warned.1) Unsafe entry into property due to erosion. We almost got stuck getting to our rental - we were lectured about how heavy rains make the roads muddy and how the need for gravel is imminent. There is almost no gravel on these roads indicative of the property falling into ruin.2) The pool was filthy, and has an uncovered drain in the middle that is a major safety hazard. Also, my oldest is scratched and bruised from the unsafe concrete slide. The edges need to be resurfaced and smoothed.3) The smell of sewage is very prominent on the property. It frequently blows back across the water making you sick.4) The toilet in the room we rented was not secured to the floor correctly.- this caused the sealing ring to the toilet to degrading exposing the bathroom to feces and urine below the subfloor - this would explain the colony of roaches we saw.5) The dryer upstairs was not vented properly and vents back into the upstairs - which super-heated the upstairs making our bedroom incredibly hot.5) The sliding glass door to our room did not lock - at all. It popped right back to unlocked with a slight jiggle of the door handle. Going to sleep with kids and doors that won’t lock is not acceptable.6) The tub upstairs ran out of hot water before it could be filled a third of the way. No one else got to shower due to lack of hot water. Aimee - The Property Manager- confirmed this was due to a bad heating element.7) The listing advertises TV and Internet - but none of the tvs connect to the internet and when we could actually get my phone to connect to the “unsecured” WiFi- it is at speeds of less than 10mbps.8) There are roaches - roaches upstairs in the bathroom - roaches on the stairs - and roaches in the kitchen of course - it was absolutely disgusting. Also - the dumpster at the front of the property was overflowing and a pack of wild dogs were thoroughly enjoying themselves eating garbage - disgusting.Trash Property - Trash Human - Avoid every bit of this place like the plague unless you love sewage and roaches. - Juan

This address places it within the Waller area, a community west of Houston that offers a blend of rural charm and proximity to larger metropolitan conveniences. Waller is known for its quiet atmosphere and open spaces, providing a stark contrast to the bustling city life.

For Texans traveling by RV, the park's location offers a sense of seclusion while remaining relatively accessible. Waller is located near major roadways, including US-290, which provides a direct route to Houston, and connections to other state highways. This accessibility means that visitors from various parts of Texas, whether from the Houston area, Central Texas, or even further afield, can reach the resort without excessive difficulty.
