Madison Village Manufactured Home Community Reviews
False advertising of available rentals on multiple sites such as Trulia and Zillow. Said they haven’t rented out units in years when we called. Whoever the lady is that answers the phones and responds to emails is also very argumentative and combative for no reason.
Jan 30, 2025 · Mary Ellen DavisTrust me… you don’t wanna live here. Management is no where to be found and are not good at all. Always get answering service and never a call back. Don’t plow and don’t mow everrrrrr. I complained a couple of times and they choice to do worse in front of my place and do worse mowing lol my grass is 11 inches long and they would plow about 12 feet from my driveway but right up close to everyone else in the circle lol like children. There is a 6 inch open drain pipe behind my place that we asked for a cover to be put on because I don’t want my 3 year old son to get hurt and they put one in but took it back off…. I bet my grass grows to 2 feet after actually writing a review about this… who knows what they will pull
May 17, 2024 · T DDue to a significant car accident over 20 years ago I bought a mobile home here. While I don't like the constant increase in lot rent & decrease in services provided I do appreciate that when I called about a home that was placed next door that would impede my backyard access & the new home's front & back door (on the same side) Regional Manager Tom Catalano looked into the situation & had the home turned around. Thank you Tom!
Oct 04, 2024 · joy kingIt's not in the city of Syracuse that's a plus a lot of its own. Typical trailer park but this looks more upscale and better cap for the most part.
Nov 29, 2024 · Kenneth FikeSo as a lot of you who live in Maddison Village know, management has been demolishing a lot of older trailers recently, and have been leaving the publicly funded roads a mess with debris, nails, staples, insulation, and other trash littered all over the place. After working a 12 hour shift, I come out to see a large staple stuck in my now flat tire. Not only is this now a unwarrented financial burden on me, it's also a public saftey hazard. I'd like to be compensated, but knowing this sloppy, unprofessional company, they'd give me the runaround, and claim no fault. You know what they say though, right? Hindsight is 20/20, and moving forward, I'll be documenting, photographing, and reporting all future incidents to the appropriate authorities. It's not hard to have common decency for the people who pay the lot rent here. Clean up your messes, and stop doing such a poor job.P.S. I've lived here for over 10 years, and it gets worse every year.
