For Texans seeking a tranquil and distinct RV experience, Lost Hills RV Park in Tyler, Texas, offers a unique approach to comfortable living on the road. This park is designed for those who appreciate simplicity and a degree of privacy, providing a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. It embraces a "no frills" philosophy, focusing on delivering essential comforts and a peaceful environment, rather than extensive resort-style amenities.
One of the standout features often highlighted by visitors is the remarkable quietness of the park. If a restful night and peaceful mornings are high on your priority list, Lost Hills RV Park aims to deliver. This calm atmosphere is complemented by the innovative use of "privacy fences" between some sites, which, as one satisfied guest noted, are a "nice touch." These fences contribute to a more secluded feel, allowing residents to enjoy their personal space without feeling directly overlooked by neighbors. While some found these fences to make spots tight for entertaining, others appreciated the added privacy.
Lost Hills RV Park is an evolving community, having opened in 2022 to cater to the growing demand for RV accommodations in Tyler. It positions itself as a "little slice of home" for both short-term visitors and those seeking extended stays. Surrounded by trees and offering green spaces, it aims to provide a comfortable and natural setting for individuals, families, and their pets.
It's important for prospective residents to note that, as a newer or developing park, experiences can vary. While many appreciate the quiet and the privacy, some older reviews mention the park being "under construction" with "eyesores" like a rusty school bus or unlevel spots. However, the consistent positive feedback about the "incredibly quiet" nature and the "privacy fences" suggests that the park's core offerings appeal strongly to its target audience: those valuing peace and personal space.

Lost Hills RV Park Tyler Texas Reviews
This is just a parking lot with odd fences. The fence makes for a tight spot with no room to entertain, eat, or grill next to your RV. The spots were not level and it was frustrating using 10 blocks to level. The rusty school bus and storage/industrial park was an eyesore. It is still under construction but I would not stay even when it is complete.

Mar 23, 2025 · staceyWe stayed here for a little over a week and really enjoyed the convenience of the location being right near grocery stores/shopping/restaurants while still feeling tucked away from all the loud city noise. Our dog really enjoyed the large grassy area!A couple amenities were still in their development stages while we were there, but the location and their management is top notch!! If you have any questions or concerns they have a quick response time and genuinely care about their guests.

Also the Sewer smells but all you have to do is disconnect and put the caps on. Felt safe and very quite. Will definitely return to this park.
