Lodi Lake Mobile Home Park is strategically situated at 18644 N Lower Sacramento Rd, Woodbridge, CA 95258, USA. This location places it within the larger Lodi area, a region in California's Central Valley known for its agricultural richness, particularly its vineyards, and its charming small-town atmosphere. For California locals, this address offers a blend of peaceful residential living with convenient access to regional amenities and attractions.
The park's proximity to Lodi Lake, the recreational area, is a significant draw. While the mobile home park itself is distinct, residents benefit greatly from the easy accessibility to the lake's public facilities. This means opportunities for outdoor activities are just moments away. Lodi Lake is renowned as a fantastic place to "let your doggie's run, swim, and just have fun, explore and be dogs!" and similarly offers "several playgrounds and picnic tables" for "Kiddo's." The ability to "reserve covered table space for a bigger family event or parties" further enhances the recreational appeal of the immediate vicinity, making it a desirable location for those who value outdoor leisure and family gatherings.
Beyond the immediate recreational benefits, the location in Woodbridge provides good accessibility to essential services. Woodbridge itself is a quaint community that offers local shops, basic services, and a quiet suburban feel. For more extensive shopping, dining, healthcare, and entertainment options, the larger city of Lodi is just a short drive away. This balance of local tranquility and regional connectivity makes Woodbridge, and by extension Lodi Lake Mobile Home Park, an attractive spot for Californians seeking a peaceful residential setting with the option to easily explore the wider state.
Lodi Lake Mobile Home Park, based on provided insights, offers a mix of residential and community-oriented services, though the focus appears to be on maintaining a quiet living environment. While specific, detailed service lists are often best obtained directly from park management, we can infer general offerings based on the nature of mobile home parks and the available customer feedback.
- Mobile Home Lot Rentals: The primary service provided is the rental of spaces for mobile homes. This includes necessary utility hookups such as water, electricity, and sewer connections for individual residences.
- Access to Nearby Recreational Facilities: A significant, indirect service or benefit for residents is the close proximity and accessibility to the public amenities of Lodi Lake. This includes:
- Dog-Friendly Areas: As highlighted by a resident, the lake area is ideal for dogs to "run, swim, and just have fun, explore and be dogs!" This suggests a welcoming environment for pet owners.
- Playgrounds: "Several playgrounds" are available for children, indicating a family-friendly aspect to the surrounding recreational area.
- Picnic Areas and Reservable Covered Spaces: The availability of "picnic tables" and the option to "reserve covered table space for a bigger family event or parties" cater to social gatherings and outdoor enjoyment.
- Quiet Community Environment: Residents describe the people in the complex as "nice, quiet, and subdued." This suggests a general atmosphere of peaceful coexistence within the park.
- Senior-Focused Community: One review explicitly states that residents "are all senior citizens, living out their golden years." This indicates that the park primarily caters to an older demographic, which can shape the types of activities and community dynamics within the park.
- Basic Park Maintenance (Internal): While specific details are limited, mobile home parks generally provide basic maintenance for common areas, roads, and shared infrastructure within the park itself. However, feedback about plumbing and meter readings suggests areas where maintenance or oversight could be inconsistent.
It is important for prospective residents to understand that, according to some reviews, there have been concerns regarding management practices, including issues with plumbing, meter readings, alleged illegal evictions, and a perceived "bullying" attitude. These points suggest that residents should conduct thorough due diligence and clarify all policies and services directly with park management before committing to residency. The park being "up for sale" at the time of one review indicates potential changes in management and services in the future, which prospective residents should inquire about.
Lodi Lake Mobile Home Park, when viewed through the lens of resident experiences, presents a nuanced set of features and highlights. These aspects contribute to its distinct character and suitability for certain residents, particularly within the California market.
- Proximity to Lodi Lake Recreational Area: This is arguably the most significant highlight. While the park itself is residential, its immediate vicinity to the public Lodi Lake provides unparalleled access to outdoor activities. This includes:
- Excellent Dog-Friendly Recreation: The lake is a fantastic place to "let your doggie's run, swim, and just have fun, explore and be dogs!" This is a huge bonus for pet owners seeking ample space for their companions.

- Senior-Oriented Living: The park primarily serves "senior citizens, living out their golden years." This demographic focus can create a cohesive community for older adults, often with shared interests and a quieter lifestyle. For seniors seeking a community of their peers, this is a key feature.
- Affordable Housing Potential: Mobile home parks in California often represent a more affordable housing option compared to traditional homes, particularly in desirable areas. While specific lot rent information isn't provided, this general characteristic of mobile home parks can be a significant highlight for budget-conscious Californians.
It's crucial to address that some reviews highlight significant concerns regarding park management. These include allegations of a "bully" manager, issues with plumbing repairs, incorrect meter readings/charges, "illegal evictions," and favoritism. Furthermore, the park being "up for sale" with "new owners are top secret" introduces uncertainty about future management and policies. These issues, if accurate, could significantly impact the living experience and should be thoroughly investigated by prospective residents. The contrast between the appealing recreational access and the reported internal management challenges creates a complex picture of the park's overall features.

Lodi Lake Reviews
I just love the Lake !There is no placebetter than here, to let your doggie's run, swim, and just have fun, explore and be dogs!! The same goes for the Kiddo's, there are several playgrounds and picnic tables, you can also reserve covered table space for a bigger family event or parties! You need to reserve quite a bit before the event, I think you can do that online or by phone.I am here quite often, so , I will write about other aspects and interesting qualities of this awesome place when I return! Until then Happy trails to all!
March 18 · Trena J. EngelhartThe people here are nice, quiet, and subdued. There is no joy in this complex. They are all senior citizens, living out their golden years. There should be happiness exuding, from each and every mobile home here. There should be laughter, music, etc., but they are soooo damn terrified of the manager here, it's not even funny. She is a bully, who overdoes her duties here. Whatever those are. She won't fix the plumbing, she reads the meters wrong and charges for it anyway. There have been illegal evictions given out, for no reason, except that she does'nt like you. And, if anyone goes to the defense of their neighbor, they also face possible eviction. It's just not right. Now, the park is up for sale. I talked to Petersen & company today. The sale is in escrow, the new owners are top secret, and Mr.Petersen himself along with his family, are on their way to Mexico, for a birthday celebration, for a family member. Must be nice, that he can just go away like that, leaving 51 senior citizen's fate hanging in the air, without question. I wonder, WHO is financing that trip?
June 16 · Carol ShockleyI don't like that I've been seeing more creeps in the wilderness area and police being called for trouble in the wilderness area
October 20 · Sandy CA mobile park, set against the backdrop of Lodi Lake. Quiet, peaceful at times. Senior oriented, not for families with kids. The manager, Carla is a real winner....not !!! She is a tyrant !! You don't want to live there !!!
July 28 · Carol ShockleyThe property is but a shell of its former selfThe management is sub-par and biased in their actions. Plumbing is terrible. Yet despite this, the tenants are upbeat and cheerful.
