For Texans, Livingston RV Park 7 Oaks offers a highly suitable and practical solution for their RV accommodation needs, whether for a brief stop or a more extended period. The park's fundamental strength lies in its commitment to providing essential "full hook-ups (50 & 30 amps)" at every site. In a vast state like Texas, where RV travel is popular for leisure, work, or temporary living, having reliable access to electricity, water, and sewer is paramount. This practical utility ensures that Texans can focus on their journey or daily life without concerns about basic necessities.
Furthermore, the park’s location "right on the highway (Highway 59)" is a significant advantage for locals. Texans are accustomed to traveling long distances, and easy access to major thoroughfares like US-59 simplifies commutes and road trips. This convenience makes Livingston RV Park 7 Oaks an ideal "overnight stay" for those traversing East Texas or a perfectly situated base for locals working on temporary projects in the Livingston area. The close proximity to "lots of shopping, restaurants & gas" in Beaumont ensures that daily errands and dining options are always within easy reach, a practical consideration for any Texan.

Livingston RV Park 7 Oaks Reviews
I'm having trouble thinking of words to describe 7 Oaks. It is basically a gravel, dirt and mud area with about 45 RV spots. All of the spots have full hook-ups (50 & 30 amps). The on-site manager (Paul) is awesome. I'm giving it 2 stars because it serves my needs for the weekend - nearby Family Reunion. But, I wouldn't recommend 7 Oaks if you want/need a beautiful rv park. It's just a gravel/dirt/mud parking lot with full hook-ups.
Jun 15, 2025 · Ken TurnerUsually I don't bother with these, but there was no way I could leave this one a lone. I gave it three stars because the office staff was very friendly and accommodating to my wife and I. The office was clean and the staff allowed us to move 3 times before we found a spot where we didn't sink in the mud. This place is nothing like the photos. It is depressing with only 4 (maybe 5) other RVs while we "stayed" at this location. We had maintenance performed on the RV and this was the only reason why we stayed. It is an undeveloped lot (not a resort as there were no amenities on property). For one week it cost us $190 (5 days). We had to add 2 additional days @ $40 a day. It was not worth it. Right on the highway (Highway 59) and we can only imagine the night might have been like. It might be brand new, but the owner has not invested any time or money for improvements. Wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here! So sad that a parking lot can advertise they are a resort and not be held accountable for false advertising. I think the other people who have left reviews must be relatives or investors. Stay clear.
Dec 19, 2022 · Donald HofstetterThe owner is a good example of why anyone that has a business where they hope they go broke and failing is the best part because this gentleman at least has customer service by starting with what anyone knows probably pretty passive and anything that this Man i have been me and my wife I a spot that is hard to get at most RV parks big or small that are priced with anyone that knows how its a neat new park and still so new pick the space from only 6 of 55 that have already a wave your hand while a few walk the dogs on a leash and with laundry mat on site and a nice job for whoever has a new truck stop with the Jack in the Box opening soon . Last Thing I say for the hope all is as well as the RV couple that know why fill your empty LNG or propane tanks at the so soon it also will be open , propane refill station also the best land marker AKA what you may see first when coming here being that it's such a huge tank that's also white , the 7 oaks RV Park of Livingston Texas is behind the McAdams propane that serves local area .
