Feb 02, 2024 · Rhoda MastronardiTom has a nice set-up here. It's nice and shaded, and the covers really help keep the heat out. The people are great, wave when you go by, and make you feel at home. It's a cute little park, out in the country, and very affordable.
Jun 30, 2024 · Paula HalcomI do NOT recommend this park. I lived here for a year. Management is very confrontational. Some people in the park friendly. However, over all a bunch of drama. I was threatened, named called, and much , much more. Hard to live the nice RV life by the lake there! They even had a naked guy running around infront of children and never had him removed. Electric bill is more then in a house! I do not recommend. There are many better places to live or visit then this park.
Feb 18, 2024 · Angela TaylorHome is where my heart is and time is where my soul is.This has been a wonderful place. The owners are friendly. It is clean and quiet. I love it here so much and I consider myself very blessed to have found this Jewel that's nested here at lake Hawkins..
Jul 11, 2024 · J NI have lived here almost 9 years, very good place to live. No more drugs in the park and for that I am thankful. Single mothers live here with their kids and feel safe. A few old codgers in the park but hey, we are always busy to help new people, want all to feel at home. Tom the owner is an incredibly nice person with the upmost respect here, and i am sure you will feel the same. Come see us, rent a pad or a trailer and enjoy your stay in the piney woods.
