Very nice park. It has owners and renters. Linway does a screening process and don't just let ANYONE move in. Lots of families in the park and they upkeep it pretty decent. The management is OK and the sheriff's patrol frequently. It's not Heaven on Earth but it's not a bad place to live either. My family has lived in the park for over 10 years and they are owners. Definitely does not give you the Trailer Park Trash feel it's really a Small Nice Tight knit community.

Dec 04, 2016 · RUTH MARTINEZIf I could give 0 stars I would worst management I called 2 times prior the woman on the phone refused to answere any question directly I packed up my family drove an 1 1/2 brought the basics 2 check stubs ID and SSN 50$ money order to run background check get there and they refused to put my application in because I didn't have 4 check stubs my husband who brought a years worth of check stubs a itin # and ID they also refused to run his application saying an itin # came in a card shape like the ssn. Btw it does not then saying he didn't have the last dated check stub anyone who gets direct deposit knows that check stub takes two additional weeks to come in the mail. Me and my husband combined income is near 7grand a month I have a perfect 750 credit score this should have been a 123 easy approval filled separately or together. In additional we were buying our trailor out right in cash I asked that the owner call me personally lets hope he does
