This is truly the best mobile home park and Swansboro, North Carolina in Oslo county. It is very well ran by management and ownership. It is a quiet, friendly inexpensive place to Reside. The tenants are very helpful, friendly kind, and generous the Landlord Lily King is the most helping and spontaneous Landlord there has ever been. She is very passionate about her Tenants and she is very educated Mannerism and imperativeness of this business. She has been doing it for 35 years and she is well known well respected and well by all Of her tenants.

They rent with all kinds of promises, but all they do is collect rent..you're on your own after that, trailer literally was falling apart.
