Lazy Acres Mobile RV Park Reviews
Bought a home here. Was warned that once bought they'll attempt to evict you off lot hoping you'll forfeit home for their financial gain. Not even a yr and half later they are absolutely pushing for it.Also, I have nothing against Any race, I'm the farthest from racist so don't get this or take this wrong but the management seems to be pushing for only a certain race of their own to be moved into to park as that's all I have seen move in since I have been there.Moreso, management talks behind all the tenants backs to other tenants. I've over heard them several times. They are very very unprofessional!! Disgusting really. They've not once approached me or several other tenants In A mature professional fashion. But have definitely been quick to talk about other tenants business around the park which is NOT their place to do so. It's Disgusting. Finally, they hire minors to work for them, as in ages 17 and below.. even as low as 12, 13, 14 yr old have been seen assisting with trailer teardown and such (which can be very dangerous!!) While some things are appropriate for this age children.. Many of the jobs performed need better supervision or should be performed by an experienced adult. They're very careless in that nature.Overall my experience with them has been horrific. Most unprofessional Disgusting management I've ever dealt with. Very rude and vulgar the way they talk about others while on the job around the park. I really wish the owner would step up and do something about the poor chosen management. (I mean they can't even do paperwork properly, instead it's sloppy and lazily done)If you rent or buy from them just watch yourself and double check their work... stay to yourself.. it won't be long they'll be stirring the pot, even recording you're actions in hopes of having something to gossip about!! Sickening.
