I only did four stars because well it is a trailer park but This park is 100 times better than what it used to be 3+ years ago. And the landlord is a really good person but he likes people to be on time with rent/ pad rent. And if ur not then yes he will hit u with the late fees. If ur never late and u communicate that u will be late, Sometimes he will overlook the late fee one time but don't rely on that. He also doesn't like people's yards to be cluttered. He likes things to be organized. He has done alot of good for this park and a couple other mobile home parks. He has cleaned them up, fixed water/well problems, fixed the roads, bringing the park up to code and got rid of the rift raft. I think It's a very nice quiet and safe place to live. The only bad thing is some of the older neighbors are retired and have nothing better to do but watch everyone else and wonder what everyone else is doing and are extremely nosey. And tell everyone what they think they might have seen
