Larkspur RV Park is conveniently located at 11 Rich St, Kentfield, CA 94904, USA. This address places the park in the idyllic setting of Kentfield, a charming and affluent community within Marin County. Marin County itself is celebrated for its breathtaking natural beauty, encompassing rolling hills, redwood forests, and stunning coastal landscapes, all within close proximity to the cultural hubs of the San Francisco Bay Area. The park's specific location offers a unique blend of secluded tranquility and excellent accessibility to local amenities and regional attractions.
One of the most compelling aspects of Larkspur RV Park’s location is its immediate proximity to significant natural features. The park is situated very close to a bird sanctuary, providing residents with opportunities for birdwatching and enjoying local wildlife. Furthermore, a network of trails directly adjacent to the park meanders off towards the San Francisco Bay. This accessibility to trails means residents can easily enjoy walking, jogging, or cycling along the beautiful bayfront, witnessing the iconic ferry boats as they arrive and depart. For outdoor enthusiasts and those who appreciate peaceful natural surroundings, this is a tremendous advantage. Despite its serene setting, Larkspur RV Park remains well-connected. It is important for prospective residents to understand that while the park offers a peaceful and naturally rich environment, it is known for its compact layout. As noted in some public feedback, the internal roads can be tight for maneuvering larger RVs, and the density of trailers and cars within the park might give the impression of a crowded space. While this is a characteristic of many urban RV parks that maximize space, the unique advantages of its location – namely the immediate access to the bird sanctuary, bay trails, and the ferry views – often outweigh these considerations for long-term residents seeking a home in this desirable area. The park's serene outdoor environment and its close-knit community aspect are often highlighted as its most valuable attributes.
