November 22 · NomadThis place has improved for the better, since we got a new manager I haven't had my trailer broke into one. The laundrymatt is cleaner and safer! Like it a lot better w the new manager
July 07 · Dan & Cindy MolickI live here in an RV. Yes they accept RV's 2010 or newer. It is a mobile home park so you do have concrete slab and asphalt, a good sized yard. And many spots have new sheds for storage. Onsite laundry as well as newly installed secure mail boxes. Altho it's not a perfect neighborhood, the park feels safe as we all watch out for each other. If you dont own a gun for safety dont worry. Your neighbors do !!! Lol
September 18 · Pam CagleLooking for a place for my brother to put his motorhome and stay in for awhile...This place borders on discrimination or madness, or both. The RV in question is a little over 20 years old. But in very nice shape, runs, registered, insured, etc.Anyhow, this place only accepts 2000 model year or newer... some arbitrary number set by an absentee owner...Guess what, owner in California... maybe setting your standards a little high for a trailer park on 162nd & Stark, eh?I understand wanting to keep junk out, but to just shut out so many people like that is silly. I dont see too many retirees in their late model motorhomes wanting to call this place home.unless you want to park your $50000 RV in a neighborhood full of section 8 apartments. They've forced poor people out of the city, now we're watching the gentrification of east county.
October 07 · Brian MurrayWell managered. Helpful, friendly neighbors. Safe! Lights at each site and constant surveillance, totally enclosed with wooden fences.
