Land of Waterfalls RV Campground Reviews
We stayed here for the month of March 2025. No T-Mobile signal for voice-phone or data in the campground. You must connect to the campground Wi-Fi, which was very good. We were able to stream (2) TVs plus computers. Good T-Mobile signal outside the campground, though. Site #10 was long enough for my 38' 5th wheel, tow truck, and car park to park, but very narrow. Only wide enough for the RV with the stairs down. But Site #10 was the only narrow site. There’s a nice landscape between sites as well. Sites 1 through 5 are back-in and are down near the entrance. They have more space around them, but not as good of views of the mountains across the street, to the south. The pull-thru sites (6 through 12) are very close together but have plenty of space in the campsite to enjoy the fire pit (except for site #10). All sites have crushed stones and are fairly level with a firepit (except Site #10, which is too narrow). 50Amp power was good, no issues. The water pressure was great, and the sewer was fine, too. The campground is on a well, so if you lose power, you lose water. It's a little strange not having an office. But when I did have a question, I left a VM (or you can text to that same number), and I received a response quickly. The campground manager is on-site but seems to only handle reservations, respond to issues and requests, and no maintenance person on-site. The Camp Lodge has free coffee (Keurig), TV, and some games to play. There are a couple of comfortable chairs too. But it’s a little creepy in there with all the stuffed animals hanging on the walls. There are security cameras throughout the campground, even in the Lodge. They have firewood for sale at the lodge, too. It’s a very quiet area with great hiking and fly fishing just down the road at Pisgah National Forest or DuPont State Recreational Forest. Brevard is a quaint little town just 20 minutes away. Hendersonville and Asheville are nearby, too. Lots of restaurants and shopping all nearby. I’d stay again.
Mar 24, 2025 · Jim JacksonGPS accurate. Smaller than appeared on website, but easy to maneuver. Manager(s) accomodating. Rooms? Not certain. Firewood available on site $. All picnic tables replaced during our stay, new wood, stained. Landscape produced privacy, and pleasantly aromatic. WiFi extenders - good. Not certain regarding bathhouse availablity; no washer/dryers. Reference to "lodge" (small building) function not clear. Five nite stay. Pleasant.
May 31, 2025 · Larry ReeseMy wife and I recently stayed here for 6 weeks, and we had a nearly perfect stay!!Margaret was incredibly accommodating and very helpful with coordinating our arrival/ departure. The campground is cozy, clean, quiet, and extremely conveniently located. We were very pleased with the way receiving packages/mail was handled. We also appreciated the picnic table and fire ring provided for every site, with $4 bundles of wood available on the grounds. The only downside we found to camping here is the lack of a laundry facility. Overall, we loved our time here!!
Sep 08, 2024 · Jay MarleyThis is a very small, quaint campground. Our stay was pleasant and peaceful. The camp host introduced herself and offered any assistance she could provide. The sites were spacious and level. The landscaping between sites really makes it feel more private. There are wood burning fire pits with self serve wood for sale at the front of the campground. We utilized the dog park which is small but very nice, clean and secure. For a nice quiet getaway this is definitely a place we’d go again.
Apr 25, 2024 · Jennifer ChisholmVery friendly and accommodating as we were in a bind with a last minute reservation. Smaller and quieter campground that is clearly well taken care of and groomed. Definitely will be back to Land of Waterfalls next time we explore Brevard!
