Parking- people park there cars all over the place and even in your yard!! Then you have some mobile home resident with there loud cars (music, mufflers) then speed down the road. Wait till July 4th or New Years where they resident thugs will launch fireworks next to your home and doesn't think about the homes are potential easily to catch on fire!!! Management comes and goes (they quit). The maintenance the sewage is bad here you have to call the office about 500 year old sewage pipes are backed up. They might come out they might not!!"
