★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1A definitely greedy business that is overcharging and definitely showing favoritism to certain tenets. They raised the rent three times in a 3-month period and then also decided to start charging for trash even though trash was supposed to be included. Now they're towing people's cars out of here while without giving them any notice for dumb things like tags being a couple days late or maybe a tire barely being in the grass
September 14 · Robert “Boom” JamiesonPlease don’t rent in this areaThey charge you for parking at own propertyThey charge me $550 + 50 each day .I was selling my car to pay my rent the manager are the worse person I ever met.
July 01 · Fredi PenaUpdate. July 2023. This community was sold to a company from California. Worst management team in all of my business years to deal with. Communication on their end is none. They dictate, they do not work with you. It's their way or the highway. Lot rents keep going up, you get sited for any little thing and the way they conduct favoritism is obvious. The management team does not have time to deal with people and or communicate the reasons why. You just need to comply or leave. This is how they roll.
May 21 · Lisa CEdit #2- you’re no longer allowed to park in the empty lots. You’ll get towed in 10 minutes. However, they allow you to park directly in the middle of the road. Whether it’s the back of someone’s truck, or a whole car, there’s always something in the road. They up the rent every few months. Unleashed ankle biters are allowed but not my lab. Trash people don’t gaf and leave trash every where. I’m not allowed to park on the grass even though we only have one parking spot. They complain all the time about trash. We have to contact upper management cause they’ve tried to fine us, and evict, simply for “trash.” Let’s not forget the trailers are piled up on top of each other with 5 kids in each of them, trash and toys get in our yard that we can’t control. Oh, and don’t forget the loud Hispanic music EVERY night and sometimes at 6 in the morning. They also refuse to fix the roads. No stars if I could.EDIT- it’s now 2024. The cat population has increased 10x. People still park in the middle of the roads. We now have an additional 50$ added to our rent for “water” that gets cut off frequently to get “fixed.” The rent has increased a whole 100$ in just a few months. I let my dog outside to use the bathroom on a leash that’s about 10 ft, and he’s a very old dog so he’s never outside for more than 30 minutes. He’s brought inside sooner often, especially with this heat. I’d also like to add, I don’t ever leave the house with him outside. Well today he’s only been outside for 10 minutes and they start sending messages and photos saying “please fix this.” I’ve been doing this since November last year and it’s just now a problem. The girl would rather make assumptions instead of talking to these people. Just awful.
August 29 · April JacksonWe have been working with the New Owner for 7+ years bringing in used mobiles, renovating them and renting them back out. Certainly there are some folks that live there that need to teach their kids respect for others property, lots needs to be cleaned up a little better....since we have been in this park helping fill their lots with our homes, the community is getting better. We have not had issue with break ins, stealing property etc...kids will be kids, but teach them how to respect others property etc...majority of people here are good. Very diverse. Remember ONE bad apple can spoil the whole bunch.
