Lakeview Estates Mobile Home Park Reviews
I would warn against any involvement with these people. My neighbor didn’t answer her door when maintenance knocked, they opened the door and heard a weak response but she didn’t come to the door. I asked the maintenance man to tell the manager to call 911, and he told the manager. She did nothing. TWO days later we found her collapsed on her kitchen floor. She died without regaining coherence, about a week later. The manager “retired” after that and there’s a replacement, but they have been and are being sued in numerous places. They also put in huge speed bumps, the fire department has to drive two miles an hour. When they responded two of them told me the extra time (8 minutes) could have saved my home. The fire department wants them out. When my home was destroyed by the neighbors fire they refused to tell me who their liability insurance was with, while charging me $25 per month for liability insurance. If any of this was not true they would sue me. Take it to the bank.Oakpark is the corporate identity, bad people, bad faith.
Jun 12, 2025 · D. L. D. L.Rent has gone past any benefits. Firehydrants do not work. Very often, the home water is not very good. There are too many rules that are required for retirement folks.
Apr 09, 2025 · Ben KellermanNice quiet neighborhood. Kind people and nice amenities.
May 19, 2024 · MikeIt is a nice place to live and has a lake. Most people there are very nice. They are always trying to do things/events. They also have a pool and a club house.
Oct 20, 2023 · Mary GarciaWas disappointed with the 20%+ lot rent increase this year and still waiting for the pool to open in mid July, but other than than, it's a nice ,clean neighborhood with friendly residents
