Lakeshore RV & Mobile Home Park Reviews
yes, they did give me a fixer upper rent free...just pay lot rent.KEY WORDS; FIXER UPPER AND FREE! of course they need work, that"s why you don"t pay rent on the trailer. Can"t beat less than $300 a month for a 3 bedroom 2 bath home! The investment was so worth it! i love my home and the park is nice. the ponds and ducks are a wonderful sight in the early morning .
Dec 14, 2017 · Jaime Dawn WMy family has been here about six months. It's very quiet- the only noise I ever hear is because my home faces the body shop on the other side of a fence. Lots of mature trees. Lawns are kept mowed by a service.Love the ducks & geese that wander the property.Only thing I'd wish they'd improve on is putting out picnic tables or seating near the ponds for fishing & eating & duck watching.
Jun 06, 2018 · Stormy KnyghtShady business, be careful. Their rent to own contracts put you in a chokehold - when you make the last payment on the home they will place a 5 year lien on the home title and force you to be in the park for another 5 years in which you are forced to pay the lot rent. They can increase this rent at ANY time and for ANY amount. The owner argues that "moving the home off of the lot (after it is paid for) is bad for the home and the community", but if you ask me it's bad for their wallet.During the rent term you are also responsible for ALL maintenance, ALL property tax AND insurance.Did I mention this is a month-to-month contract, and that they can ask you to leave for any reason whatsoever? Say goodbye to any equity you've put into the home.If you are looking to rent-to-own or rent, find something in which you are better protected as a tenant.CAUTION: Be aware that leaving a review warrants an angry message from the owner saying you're immature and that she is going to report the review, with the final statement being "Good luck finding someone who will accept you as tenants". This person showed their true colors, overall I would avoid this place entirely.

There are hard working single parent families who are always looking for ways to improve there dwelling and community .The owners are always looking for better ways to improve property and there managment and take your feed back seriously
