Jan 28, 2025 · Joyel PearsonHorrible landlord!! Doesn’t repair anything. Very money hungry. We had a busted water pipe which lost hundreds of gallons of water and hiked our bill up to $900. He said he fixed the pipe asap so it’s not his problem… plus he tried to charge us to pay for the repairs!! On his trailer!!! we’re still paying off the water bill $50 per month… because of course, if we don’t our water is cut off😩 not fair. Don’t rent the trailer near the dumpster cause your house will be full of flies in the summer and the property around the trailer floods too!! Water Up above my ankles just last week going out to my car!!

May 13, 2022 · LighthouseMy stepson and girlfriend lived there. The water line underneath the trailer broke and caused an astronomical water bill(tenants pay their own. It should have been the landlords responsibility. They called and pleaded for help to no avail. Stuck with a $4500 water bill. They moved and still paying down that bill. I would run as fast as you can from this trailer park
Aug 20, 2021 · Mary SnellPlace needs help! Roaches, bed bugs, mold, mildew is infested in these trailers. Owner not local. Park Manager has bad customer service skills. Not good communication with tenants. Owners nice guy but he needs Real Professional Property Managers that knows how handle business and be honest with people. All tenants knows everyone else’s personal business which is violating the Hippa law. Tenants are suing right now due to multiple laws being violated.
