★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Absolutely love the RV resort - Large parking spaces and thus mostly RVs around (we were tent camping). Picnic tables and thrash bin provided. Toilets were absolutely clean and comfortable with hot showers (and a machine on 2nd floor of their bar that allows for cash withdrawal + quarter change for the hot showers). Vito was also amazing - He was friendly, helpful and very efficient. Place was amazing lively (with their bar and restaurant) and yet quiet at night. We hope to be back! The coffee from their cafe is also great! ;) July 27 · P
- We really enjoyed our stay at this RV park, it’s super close to Lake Wenatchee and Stevens Pass. The location couldn’t be better—walking distance to a great little bar and restaurant with super friendly staff. There’s also a gas station market right next door, which came in handy, and even a Tesla charging station nearby. The park itself is quiet, clean, and well-kept. The bathrooms and showers were surprisingly nice, which is always a plus. Everyone working there was kind and helpful, and the whole place just has a welcoming vibe. We’d definitely stay here again. Oh, I forgot to mention there is also a coffee shop at the resort. May 23 · Christine Graham
- Definitely not an RV Resort. It does have nice bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities. The Squirrel Tree restaurant is right there, with an outdoor and indoor eating areas. However, the RV parking is basically a vacant lot with water and electricity hookup. A small tree, which will provide nice shade in about 10 years. The advertised Wi-Fi was non existent. The firepits had weeds all around them (no burning allowed now), very unsightly view. The RV Camping is bordered on one side by the highway and on the other side by an active Railroad line with trains day and night. The website describes a beautiful and serene location. It was updated since we reserved to state only partial hookups. Resorts we have stayed in all had full hookups. This is a campground for a quick overnight, not a vacation. August 23 · Vicki H
- Was completely surprised by how nice this place is. Restaurant, bar, coffee shop on site are great! Try the milkshakes. The bathrooms for the campsite are spotless and brand new. Sites are clean and level with great open air above for starlink and cell service. Staff is very helpful and accommodating! July 01 · Chris Cordes
- PSA: I booked this rv "resort" months ago when you are supposed to book your summer travel in Washington state. On Thursday, I drove 7 hours and over Stevens Pass to arrive at what I thought would be my stay for the next 2 months. Upon arrival, I pulled in and parked as best as the area would allow. There were no signs directing rv's where to park, check in, nothing. A woman came out of the restaurant telling me I needed to move, she thought I was blocking. I asked her where she would like me to move. Of course, when she looked around, she saw I was in the best possible place with the space they have. I walked in the restaurant (rv "resort" office) to check in. The owner, Vito, who I have spoken to a minimum of 4 times over the last several months, checked me in. He handed me a map and told me where to go to back in. He mentioned he had a man who could help guide me into the space bc of how tight it would be to get my rv in the space. With there being no signage directing entrance, turns, where to park, anything, Vito walked out back to point me in the right direction. After I had paid nearly $1000 for the month, he finally let it "slip" that his campground (not resort- understand the distinctions) is NOT FULL HOOK UP! I just drove 7 hours, had booked 2 MONTHS (not 2 days) and now you say you dont have FHU! Then he follows it with, I know I told you....Hmm, NO.YOU.DID.NOT!!! I would NEVER/EVER book anywhere for 2 months without FHU! He refunded my payment offered a night for free. I declined the night, I was quite understandably frustrated. It is July 31st in Washington State, I now need to find a place to stay for 2 months, not 2 nights. Vito's complete lack of professionalism, understanding of anything to do with Rv's, and newness in the RV business cost me dearly! Over 30 ish calls to every RV park from Leavenworth-west, north of Bellingham, to south of Seatle- I got, Oh I can put you up for a night, or on Monday, I can give you 3 nights. Vito, you cost me considerable time and a whole lot of money with your newbie mistake. At any point, in any of the multiple calls over the last few months, you could have mentioned not being full hook ups, you did not. You are a campground at best, I highly recommend removing "resort" from the name of the business. I have never stayed at a resort that didn't have at the minimum the basic amenities, of which your place has none, not even signage. Do better or sell to someone who knows the RV business and stick to restaurants. August 02 · Crystal Holden
