Lake Murray Mobile Home Community Reviews
Nice, save and quite place to live in. The tenants are good people and you don't need to worry about trouble makers or other problems. And our manager Dita is outstanding. She always helps the tenants when needed, tries hard to cut us a good deal with Chris Welsh, the park owner, and her children Kilian and Audrey are her best helpers. My son and I are leaving and we will miss all of you and keep you all and the park in our memories. After all we have been here about a total of 11 years but moving now to be close to our relatives out of state.
Jul 28, 2018 · Isabella L. Munoz-Ramirezdo not buy or move a home into this park!! the management here is known for stealing your deposits (of $1500!!) and saying they never got one so they won’t be returning any money back. the management is also for immature and unprofessional. they came onto our site and messed with our power and water boxes , both of which it is illegal to do that. we have also caught them looking into our windows (not sure if that’s illegal but it’s creepy at the very least.) they have a resident who lives on site who is the manager for whenever the actual park manger is around and he is the rudest and most unwelcoming person we have ever came in contact with. when we asked if he had seen anyone on our property (since he lives directly across ) he started yelling and cussing and accusing us of saying he is the one going around our yard - which was not the case at all. i would not purchase a home here it genuinely is not worth it, there are so many other great ones in san diego.
Mar 27, 2022 · teresa trippIt is a small mobile home park but they do allow RVs for a short term. No club house, no pool, just a plain lot, brand new hook-ups, nice and quiet neighbors. The location is perfect, only 15 minutes to Mission Bay, Down Town, or Balboa Park. For La Jolla and Coronado add 10 more minutes.Rent is very reasonable, $950 for RV space, in a clean, drug and drama free park. Our motorhome is 45' so we barely made it fit but so worth it. We emailed the office on Wednesday and were approved within minutes of submitting our application. We moved in on Friday. A nice neighbor helped us get in and hook up.If you don't have a car, the lake is just a short walk away. The same goes for Starbucks and bus stops that take you to the trolley station.
Oct 08, 2019 · David CarvalhoSpace rent went up almost 50% this year! My space rent was $445 a month, (grandfathered in & lived on this space, for over a 20 years) now it's over $800. There are NO amenities except for a laundry room $3.50 a load. People are having to sell their mobile homes or move them out. The park has only 5 older MH's left. This was a 55+ MHP then went to all age in 1990.
Jul 21, 2018 · Debbie MitchellIt’s ok. People really mind there own business so that’s a plus.
