Lake Charles RV Resort by Rjourney Reviews
The manager is very nice. Easy on and off the interstate. This is a clean park with paved streets and long pull through spots. No pool no shade and the most expensive laundry in the last 12 states. Well into three rolls of quarters to do three loads. Nestled between a train switching yard and an interstate. It's fine with ear plugs. It's the best in the area for big rigs.
Jun 30, 2025 · Joseph KeithA nice clean and large campground with paved and level sites. Plenty of length for camper and truck. Not many trees but plenty of grass as wild bunny sightings. Everyone we met was very friendly. We even met a resident named Mrs Pat who gave us some pineapple jam and got a pic with us. Plenty of area for walking.
Jun 13, 2025 · Pam DavisThis campground is conveniently located and well kept. The man working in the office was friendly and helpful. The showers were clean and well maintained. I could see the highway but couldn’t hear it. The only issue I had were the trains. They went through all night blowing their horns as they went through the intersections. I finally got to sleep after the 1:55 am train went through. I tried to sleep in a bit but was awakened early as the train switching was going on nearby. If you are a deep sleeper this is a great stop. If you sleep like me, I’d find another spot.
Mar 29, 2025 · Anne MaddenPerfect stop for our one night stay. Close to the interstate but not too noisy. Long flat paved spots with full hook ups. Great for big rigs. Very reasonable price. $41 plus tax. Great people. Has small playground and a small dog park. We will definitely keep it on our list when we are traveling RT. 10. Not too far from Lake Charles casinos.
Feb 24, 2025 · Lisa JonesThe RV Resort was clean and well kept. The sites were level, and easy to pull into. The management team is delightful, and a pleasure to work with. For my dog people (small dogs) there is a hole in the fence, which management said is being fixed. We would stay there again.
