Rent keeps Going up $50 dolars every year ! No improvements to community , Not Gated , cats and dogs feces every where very unsanitize, poor recreational area for kids no lights at all during night time . If rent Goes up on point the community Should be on point on every aspect ! Management DOESNT CARE dont waste your time !. Rebecca is the worse ! & mayra she is always in meetings and lunch allegedly and never answer phone calls.And last but Not least they charge $$65 DOLARS to trim palm trees which does not belong to tenants Thats is a ROB ! They belong to community (land lord) he decided to plant those trees they(land lord)should pay for maintenance NOT TENANTS

The service quality given by the property manager Caryn was truly exceptional, she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful I definitely felt welcome. Thanks again!

I feel like everything they asked for was way too much for the location, the property looked a little rundown and overpriced. And plus they have so many regulations and guidelines that you have to go bye or they threaten you with eviction or a fine. Then they want to charge you a high application fee and deny you without letting you know under what grounds which I felt was very unprofessional. I asked around and it's also known as the 8 mile so that says it all. I would definitely pass on this location !!!!!!!
