June 02 · Dave DunningUse to be great years back. This will be the 3rd year of a $75 increase, making lot rent well over $800 a month, plus storm water, gas and electricity. You must own your house, maintain your lot, shovel snow from sidewalk. We are senior citizens on fixed incomes and we would like to enjoy food , drink and medicines too. Would not recommend for fixed incomes. Almost a 10% icrease in rent and a 3% increase in Social Security cost of living.

If your interested in moving there, be serious and be ready as units go fast. Not sure if the is room to move new units in. Only guests under 55 can stay for a short period of time, like two weeks and must register at the office. Club house offers regular activities which include a monthly potluck. Lot rent is around 560 per month.
