March 26 · angeliqueWe have lived here for 2 yrs. Lot lease is getting ridiculous. We pay $840 a month. It goes up every yearPlus a pass through tax once a year at around $600. That helps pay Sun Community Taxes. We have 680 homes in this park. Everyone pays this Pass tax. I think is a rip off. When we bought our place we where never told about this tax. The manage here needs to retire. They promise us things we never get.we don't have a private lake. Its a big pond. Yes all the homes * park looks nice. But a lot of places for sale because people can't afford to live here on Social Security.
