Kingsland Slab RV Camp Reviews
It’s a beautiful natural area, right on the river. Easy access (walk-in) and very safe for families. The RV sites are spacious, with trees, grass, wildflowers. It’s quiet and a great place to just chill out for awhile. The arrangements (payments) are made online. When you get there, just pick a spot and set up camp. There are plenty of electric, water and sewer hook ups. I did not see any public bath/shower buildings, so you do need a self-contained RV to camp here. Not all the sites are level, but we had no problem finding one that was. Swim shoes recommended if you plan to go in the river.
May 20, 2024 · Anna L. ContiMy folks came down last weekend for their great grandson’s birthday. (My grandson) I booked and put my rv there for them to stay. They had a wonderful experience and loved it!!! Thank you to the host and all involved!! Very accommodating and well kept!! Great view and easy access to the River. I’ll for sure be back. Only issue I had was I had to leave. Hehe!! Thank you all!! Well done!!
Jun 06, 2025 · Jon WhiteVery fun to go to, but the dude who owns the house) ranch next to it claims a lot of the land that acts as an entry, so going in can be weird and annoying. There are little fish (minnows and such), frogs (look like cricket frogs), and many cool rocks to find!
Aug 24, 2024 · Roach “astro”Great place for a quick swim. Kids can play on the sand or try to catch tiny lizards. A must for families
May 09, 2024 · maribel MMGreat place to hang out with a date or friends. Water is nice and there's lots of space to play. Fish, frogs, rapids... if you like the outdoors I would absolutely check this place out. It is neat and unique even if it's just a one time thing.
