King Arthur's Court Reviews
Do not live here go anywhere else. First off BOTH my dogs are ESA pets. I told them this before and after moving in. By law you can not charge me for either pet, it is 100% illegal. However they continue to charge me, and I even brought this up to them before moving in.Next I had a bank problem where my account was shut down. So I had to wait for my new info. I informed them of this they said "oh yeah come talk to us" went to talk to them. Latest stuff is due is on the 5th after the 5th you get a 50$ late fee, a 60$ eviction filing fee and an eviction notice. This all took place before the 8th of the month. "Oh dont worry its just to let people know we are serious" ok so why tf am I paying a late fee plus a late fee for a late fee.Next it has been raining for days, today was the first day it has not rained. Obviously we are fixing to mow, however here they come with a violation. My bad im sorry I work and cant do it at the ass Crack of dawn.Next the lot rent is stupid high and you have to absolutely bug and bug about the pool and laundry key. Lot rent is $688 I've never paid under $747 ever! Mind you they are also illegally charging me for my dog. "Oh they will just charge you for one" no legally you cant. Only reason I haven't stomped up there is we are fixing to move anyways. Go anywhere else the water also smells horrible and not like well water, like sewer water.
Jun 11, 2025 · michelle pAWFUL management. We get a new manager every few months and they all do the same thing. Allow power to go to their head and proceed to go on a tyrannical rampage veiwing every citizen as "woke" and deserving of an administrative spanking. Maintenance guy tries to fight residents and he and his wife vehemently threaten to get residents evicted saying " they run this place". The same maintenance man who buys fireball whiskey down at the corner store and drives under the influence around their park almost everyday. Absolutely awful place. Do not move your elderly family in here , do not help your children move here . It is downright BAD! all around. Nobody cares , they just want your money. Also don't get me started on the quality of the trailers! handyman specials right here!-Sincerely
Feb 11, 2025 · Max TruthI showed my stuff at the craft show. I had a wonderful time. The sales were ok. It was my first craft show. But I don't think I did to terrible. I sold $36.00 worth. It wasn't bad for a first time show at King Arthur's Court. I did have a great great time. I look forward to many more shows there.
Dec 12, 2024 · Cynthia PalaceHorrible place to live my sister purchased a manager's special that's a joke after saving the money to purchase a home she had to soak the rest of her savings into fixing it up because there was so much wrong with it they've given her nothing but a hard time finding a reason to throw her out when she's never been late on a payment she's never caused any confusion in between going to school and working and trying to raise her daughter she has to deal with them harassing her every time she walks at her house she's seen him parked in front of her house she walking around at night around her house cameras on her house it's just really sad that this company has taken advantage of so many people so she's in the midst of getting a class action suit and she's going to get the petition paper she's going to post another post about who you contact to get on the list so just keep looking at the post so you can get the number and get on this list against them and maybe everyone together can make sure this doesn't happen again read the reviews people please read the reviews they're not a lie this is a very money sucking community and if you don't walk their walk then you're going to be out of there
Feb 06, 2025 · Tanya Tripp!! Not a welcoming place for anyone with disabilities. I called with concern about the lack of snow removal and was told I had to “figure it out” when they’re plow blocks my vehicle in. When I explained that it’s inaccessible for those of us with disabilities Tim said I had to “handle it myself then”. Lot rent has gone up a ridiculous amount again and now they aren’t even providing the services they were when I moved in 2020.I also do not feel like this is a very welcoming place for those of us in the LGBTQ+ community. It also appears that they have removed the outgoing USPS box, adding to the inaccessibility.Very poor management. I have had maintenance requests filed for years (since I moved in) that have not been fixed. They improperly date “guideline violation” forms with an earlier date when giving them to tenants and only give 24 hours to fix the violation before getting fined. Office personnel rarely answer the phone and voicemail messages are not returned in a timely manner, if at all. I submitted a grievance months ago because my neighbor’s dog has caused property damage and nothing has been done about that either.Lot rent is quite high considering tenants are required to do their own lawn maintenance.I was paying $516 when I moved here and now pay $636. If you have children I guess it’s a good school district but if you are a single woman like myself, prepare to get walked all over and taken advantage of by office staff and management.I should also add that on multiple occasions they have come on my lot, WITHOUT WARNING OR PERMISSION, and ruined my garden area by weed whipping my flowers down.
