King Arthur Estates Reviews
Management does not provide the services called for in rental agreements. All they care about is citing every one but don't provide what was agreed upon, then threaten to charge to rectify the issue. The water is constantly off for repairs. They allow a tow company to drive around and tow cars that are visiting for parking in the street for 2 minutes, with one small sign noting it's not allowed. They cite one neighbor for trees but allow a chop shop next door for years. The contractors they promote are crooks, over charge. Their recommended company wanted to charge 5k for what another company did for 1k.Rent goes up 7-15% every year with no improvements made to the park, not benefits added for residents, a "hot dog cook out" once a year doesn't justify the price gouging.Come to them with an issue and consider yourself lucky if they even decide to sit upright in their office chairs, let alone do anythingLand lords and property management are leeches that serve no purpose other than to siphon money from people just trying to have a roof over their heads.Do not move here.Update. I have since moved. I had an electrical issue I spent hundreds trying to fix with 3 different electricians saying it wasnt an issue on my end. Management swore it wasn't their issue, refused to do anything about it, I had no power for a month. I had to use a lantern and flashlight to get ready for work in the morning. I ended up moving, 2 weeks later the new owner said it was an issue on their end with the main breaker. They knew it was an issue and fixed it as soon as I sold.
Jul 05, 2025 · Morgyn MLived here for 10 years. It’s been quiet and peaceful.
May 19, 2025 · Ryan SimonThis place is disgusting, I went to visit last Monday, I left the car in the parking lot that of course said for visitors and what was the surprise that when I got into the car it had a sign saying that I did not have a visitor's permit. omg that's annoying, because you can't line up in front of the houses because the tow truck arrives and when they look for a parking lot they give you paper🤮. very bad place to live, they demand a lot from visitors for security reasons but when they open the cars to steal they go crazy and don't solve anything. NOT RECOMMENDED
Apr 21, 2024 · Aidee RomeroWhen we moved in, it was a somewhat decent place, but recently the Tow Truck and Night security guard have been way too abusive and selective over cars on the side of the road. I understand we can't park them on the side of the street for prolonged periods but I get called out every time my family has to move the cars to take one out for less than 5 minutes or the security guard always hurries my partner when he drops me off my house and just makes sure I get inside which doesn't take longer than a minute. It is starting to get frustrating especially when you see some neighbors getting away with parking their cars for hours without a penalty. If anyone wants to move here , I don't recommend it if you have more than 1 car and want visitors because you either will have your car towed at every chance or you won't have space for visitors since it is usually full.
May 11, 2023 · Karen NavarroWe just closed escrow on purchasing one of the units here. The lady in the main office was helpful in getting us everything we needed and explaining the protocols to us. Once we closed, she reached to out remind us of our first month's payment and what we needed to do to finalize our paperwork. She was very helpful and polite when we brought in our payment and was extremely patient answering all of our questions.
