I looked at a trailer and it was not clean I mentioned the soft spots in floor and water water leaks had holes in walls, I paid the application fee and done everything needed to, got the run around and was told I couldn’t afford 1000 a month for electricity and rent. Like seriously I’m paying 1500 now! This place is a joke. She is just taking peoples money for application fee and not wanting to fix anything, this place is a disgrace and you can’t tell me what I can and can’t afford

Nov 17, 2024 · Lonnie SabellaClaims to be a friendly community, that's a joke. Gravel road is almost impossible to drive on. A supposed security guard will scream at you for driving too fast even though you are traveling 7 mph. Overcharges for electricity. And on and on. I would give this a minus star if it were possible.
Dec 13, 2018 · Stacy McCallThis place is not kide friendly. I have not met the owners so can't say much about them but the people that run the trailor park do not like kides they try to treet them like prisoners I would not recommend this place to anyone until it gets under new management .
