So glad my family and I came across Katy Meadows community. We lived there for two years, and was always enjoyed living there. When we first moved out there, there was barely any trailers in the community and it grew pretty quickly. Gina, the property manager is a gem! She goes above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING is taken care of. She handles everything professionally and with a very pleasant attitude. Out of the two years we lived there, ive only had two very small issues with neighbors and she handled it quickly and efficiently....never had the issues again. Its a safe community also, love seeing so many children playing in the neighborhood, quiet neighborhood also. Never had issues with neighbors being too loud and playing loud music. We recently moved out of the community because we purchased our first home. Definitely recommend!

When I try to visit my friend, I have to worry about my car being towed, which raises serious concerns about convenience and safety. I have never heard of a subdivision enforcing towing after a certain time, especially when there are no designated visitor parking areas.The driveway only accommodates two cars, leaving no additional space for visitors or even residents with multiple vehicles. As a result, I had to cancel my visit simply because there was nowhere to park. While there is technically a visitor parking area, it consists of just one spot, an unrealistic solution for an entire community.I strongly recommend that management consider building a dedicated visitor parking lot to accommodate guests and residents with extra vehicles. This would create a more welcoming environment where families and friends can visit without unnecessary obstacles. As it stands, the current parking situation is impractical and does not make sense.
