Juno Gardens Mobile Home Park Reviews
I'd give a negative rating if I could. Our previous living situation was coming to an end and after looking for several months this place popped up. Do NOT rent from here. Was told that the place would be ready to move in by said date. It did not look like the picture shown in the ad (it must have been one of their nicer places). The place was going through renovation and we were expecting it to be done in a timely manner and be liveable. They put a quarter inch board in front of the tub, instead of fixing the gaping hole under it, our cats got through the board and under the place. Had a 10 gallon water heater, which is used for appliances only. We gave the manager a little over half of the move in money and the rest was going to be given after everything was fixed. It wasn't. Didn't get our deposit back. Moved in there in the middle of the month and was getting charged for a full month. And pretty sure they stole our small appliances box that was still packed and had family hand me downs, that we wouldn't notice would go missing. Took our money and stole our stuff.
Oct 28, 2020 · Ashley GrevattHorrible landlord. Slumlord. If you are a woman and have a boyfriend he will try to kick them out randomly. Then harass the female. Never fixing my trailer. I have black mold asbestos etc. Holes in ceiling and floor. Mold in the shower liner of the trailer . Sever plumbing drain field issues. Where it smells constantly. When you ask the landlord to fix anything he doesn't and then harassed me and texted me vulgar obscene things. DO NOT LIVE HERE. ITS TERRIBLE.

May 04, 2023 · Mike WaskoHonestly, I wish I can give this place 0 stars. The moment I moved in, the place was full of mold and I got my girlfriend to move in, almost 6 month pregnant and had to get her medical attention due to illness.Neighbors tell me that the landlord can somewhat be nice but he is really mean and doesn't take our request seriously. He doesn't even come by to fix what needs to be fix and we are stuff doing so ourselves and wasting money doing so.
Jul 19, 2016 · Michael RohrerNightmare run by a slumlord.Drug infested all the way to the top.You will have problems if you move here.Slumlord says you are responsible to replace all appliances and dont hold your breath waiting for these hacks to put a band aid on your mess. The epitome of inbred white trash, avoid like the plague
