### Services Offered at June's Mobile Home Village & Sales
Based on the provided customer reviews, the services offered at June's Mobile Home Village & Sales, and the perceived quality of their delivery, are a significant point of contention among residents. While core services are implicitly provided as part of a mobile home park, the feedback highlights serious concerns.
- Lot Rentals for Mobile Homes: The primary service is providing lots for manufactured homes. It is also suggested that they might rent lots for "travel trailers" or RVs, with a former resident inquiring about this possibility ("I would like to run a lot from them for my travel trailer").
- Maintenance Services (with noted concerns): Maintenance is a core function, but reviews indicate issues. One resident states, "maintenance walks around with guns in front of children," and "they do what they want when they feel like it." This implies unprofessional conduct and potentially inconsistent service delivery.
- Office Management/Customer Service (with noted concerns): The office staff, specifically "Marion the office lady," is described as "horrible and rude." This suggests significant challenges in receiving courteous and effective customer service from the management team.
- Rules Enforcement (e.g., Pet Waste): The park has rules regarding pet waste, with one resident acknowledging the expectation to "carry a bag and pick up your own dog species." This indicates a policy for maintaining cleanliness in common areas related to pets.
- Utility Access (Implicit): As a mobile home park, it would implicitly provide access to necessary utility connections such as water, sewer, and electricity to each lot, though details on billing and quality are not provided.
Given the highly critical nature of the management and maintenance feedback, prospective residents should be very thorough in clarifying all aspects of service delivery, management conduct, and responsiveness before considering June's Mobile Home Village & Sales.
### Features and Highlights of the Community
Based on the provided customer reviews, the "features" and "highlights" of June's Mobile Home Village & Sales present a deeply conflicted picture, with significant negative aspects overshadowing any neutral or potentially positive ones. It's crucial to acknowledge both the direct observations from residents.
- Pet-Friendly (with Responsibilities): The park appears to be pet-friendly, specifically for dogs, with the expectation that owners will "pick up your own dog species," which is a standard and reasonable policy in pet-friendly communities.
- Potential for RV Lot Rentals: One review explicitly inquires about renting a lot for a "travel trailer," suggesting that this could be a feature or a service the park might offer, expanding its resident base beyond traditional mobile homes.
However, the prominent "features" highlighted by resident feedback are concerning:
- Questionable Management Conduct and Safety: A serious concern is the report that "maintenance walks around with guns in front of children." This raises significant questions about safety protocols, professionalism, and the overall environment within the park, particularly for families.
- Unprofessional and Rude Office Staff: The office lady, "Marion," is described as "horrible and rude." This indicates a potentially hostile or unhelpful environment when interacting with park management, which is crucial for addressing resident needs.
- Inconsistent Maintenance and Operations: The statement that maintenance "do what they want when they feel like it" suggests a lack of consistent service delivery and adherence to proper procedures.
- Legal and Regulatory Issues: The owner, "Mark," is a lawyer, but the mention that he "wonders y he has lawsuits and inspectors all thru there!" points to ongoing legal disputes and regulatory scrutiny, which can impact the stability and quality of life within the community.
- High Costs for Perceived Poor Service: While not directly stated as "high rent," the phrase "he wonders y he has lawsuits and inspectors all thru there!" in the context of owner behavior implies that residents may feel they are not receiving adequate value or service, potentially leading to dissatisfaction with costs.
Given these serious "features" reported by residents, prospective individuals are urged to thoroughly investigate and verify all claims, prioritize their safety and comfort, and carefully consider the implications of such an environment before contemplating a move to June's Mobile Home Village & Sales.
### Promotions or Special Offers
The provided customer reviews for June's Mobile Home Village & Sales do not mention any specific promotions or special offers for new or existing residents. The feedback is entirely focused on critical concerns regarding management conduct, safety, and service delivery, rather than any positive incentives.
In a community where residents are reporting issues such as maintenance staff carrying firearms in front of children, rude office personnel, and ongoing lawsuits, the operational focus appears to be far from offering promotional benefits to attract or retain residents. Standard promotions often found in manufactured home parks might include:
- Reduced security deposits or move-in fees
- Discounted first month's lot rent
- Waiver of application fees
- Special offers for purchasing new or existing homes within the park
- Referral bonuses for current residents
However, based on the provided information, none of these typical promotions are highlighted as a feature of June's Mobile Home Village & Sales. Instead, the overwhelming tone from the reviews suggests a challenging living environment. Therefore, prospective individuals should not anticipate any promotions and should instead prioritize a rigorous investigation into the fundamental safety, management practices, and living conditions before considering this park.

Given the serious and conflicting nature of the public reviews, prospective individuals are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution. If contacting the park, it is imperative to directly and explicitly inquire about the specific issues raised in public feedback, such as security protocols (e.g., armed staff), management conduct, maintenance responsiveness, and any ongoing legal or regulatory matters. Obtaining clear, written answers to these critical questions is paramount before considering any commitment to living at June's Mobile Home Village & Sales.
### Conclusion: Why June's Mobile Home Village & Sales May NOT Be Suitable for Locals
For Michigan locals considering June's Mobile Home Village & Sales in Ecorse, the available public feedback presents a deeply concerning picture that strongly suggests this location may NOT be suitable for many seeking a stable and comfortable living environment. While the concept of manufactured home living offers affordability, the specific issues reported at this park raise significant red flags.
The most alarming concerns revolve around safety and management conduct. Reports of "maintenance walks around with guns in front of children" and an office staff member being "horrible and rude" point to a potentially unprofessional and unsettling environment. Such conditions undermine the basic sense of security and respect that residents expect from their community management. The mention of the owner being a lawyer who "wonders y he has lawsuits and inspectors all thru there!" further indicates ongoing legal and regulatory problems, which can create an unstable and uncertain living situation for residents.
Furthermore, the maintenance operations are described as inconsistent, with staff doing "what they want when they feel like it," which suggests that timely and effective repairs or upkeep may not be reliable. While the park seemingly allows pets and may even accommodate RVs, these potential conveniences are overshadowed by the serious allegations concerning safety, management behavior, and legal issues.
The Ecorse location provides access to local amenities and the broader Metro Detroit area. However, the fundamental problems reported within June's Mobile Home Village & Sales appear to negate these external advantages. For Michigan locals prioritizing a safe, professionally managed, and consistently maintained community, June's Mobile Home Village & Sales, based on the provided reviews, is highly unlikely to be a suitable choice. Prospective residents are strongly advised to seek alternative housing options that offer a more secure and positive living experience.

So far it is okay if you have a animal that you walk around like a dog make sure you carry a bag and pick up your own dog species of course but most importantly I don't no longer live there but I was just wondering cuz I was looking up RV parks near me and it shows June's trailer park so I think a travel trailer is basically the same thing as a trailer and I want to ask for sure if it's possible if I can I would like to run a lot from them for my travel trailer
May 09, 2025 · Cathy HoltI would not recommend this park, maintenance walks around with guns in front of children, they do what they want when they feel like it, Marion the office lady is horrible and rude. The owner mark is a lawyer but not a good one for all the stuff going on in that park. And he wonders y he has lawsuits and inspectors all thru there!
Dec 30, 2024 · Greg ButlerNeighbors constantly stare at you out the windows.People arguing in the streets off whatever substances they got their hands on. Cats. Everywhere. The Owner of the park is yet another slumlord/ lawyer wanna be. Maintenance takes YEARS to fix your appliances. Also they feel it's comfortable to make new tenants clean the trailer out themselves prior to moving in and also sell them units knowingly that are full of rats and roaches. A+ job 💯
Nov 19, 2024 · Blue The Dragon (Bleu The Dragon)Worst place to live. They seem nice in the beginning, but beware. They are slumlords.
Dec 10, 2024 · Jane VinesWanted to buy trailer from resident who was ready to move in two days. Everything was great until I mentioned before buying I wanted an inspector. Suddenly she had a couple with a baby who came before me that decided to take the trailer.
