Julia Mobile Home and RV Park Reviews
Nice quiet place with good people. Little if any crime. On of the best community's in the area
Mar 30, 2018 · Robert HartsonIf only I could give zero stars. Management has Zero respect for residents and gets testy when spoken to in the same tone and lack of respect that she speaks to people. The management accepts NO responsibility for literally ANYTHING and is more concerned about sales commissions than managing a park with only 84 homes. I will post videos and phone conversations so you can see and hear for yourself. Don't expect return emails or phone calls the same day or even the next day.
Dec 06, 2023 · CJ DownsDid some work for a friend's mom... And nosy neighbors can't mind their own business walking their dogs every 2 minutes just to see what we were doing and the hustling us for no reason
Jun 06, 2023 · R SThis place has raised the lot rent two times recently and has made 0 improvements. Total garbage. For a 55+ trailer park they have no concern for the fact that most of their residents live off of social security. They'd just as soon see them starve to death than lower their absurd prices.
Jan 28, 2017 · Trina HawkesThere no amenities you have to rake alot trees falling down limbs falling on your roof they raised the lot rent every year to hight for nothing
