Inverness Mobile Home Community Introduce
For many residents across Michigan, the pursuit of a comfortable, stable, and budget-friendly place to call home is a key priority. In areas like Temperance, where various housing options exist, mobile home parks – also widely known as manufactured home communities – present a distinctive and often more accessible pathway to homeownership. These communities are designed to allow individuals and families to own their manufactured home while leasing the land it occupies. This arrangement can significantly lower the financial barrier to homeownership compared to purchasing a traditional site-built house and the land it rests upon. If you're a Michigan local, particularly in the southeastern part of the state, and are considering the benefits of manufactured home living, Inverness Mobile Home Community on Lewis Avenue in Temperance is one such community you might encounter.

Residents are typically responsible for setting up their accounts with utility providers and paying for their individual consumption of services like natural gas.

Inverness Mobile Home Community Reviews
I have lived here almost 5 years now & my house is still not finished. Went to the office a few days ago & tried to schedule & brought updated pics of serveral things & the office manager hopes exact words were “you’ve had a lot of work already done” your right I absolutely have but I also have a house not even close to being finished. I have not a single working smoke detector, just wires sticking out my walls. Will attach pictures, not a single kitchen cabinet matches one, my toilet sat on wood for 3 years and they only fixed it because my floor finally caved. Hope it the office manager which is married to Brandon, the maintenance manager & absolutely nothing gets done. My skirting, siding, all of that had fallen off & it’s been 8/9 months since I’ve called & now all of a sudden they changed their leases. But raised rents. But no new work. Waste of time & lots of money. Easier saving your money & moving elsewhere. The staff is sooooo rude & takes years for them to even work on something.

Mar 15, 2025 · Kemmi KalteLarge park, good atmosphere seems to be really up kept and lawns taken care of and flowers planted ect there are even playgrounds in the park for children. My only complaint is that I've had a issue with a women while walking my dog, and the dog attacked and approached me and my dog as well. Mind you they were at least a whole block and afull block away from us and we're on the opposite side of the road. My dog didn't even realize them until the one was approaching me,If you cannot handle the strength of two full grown dogs you shouldn't be walking them period. I was knocked down and fell to the ground even .. The women never so much as even said sorry nor asking if i was okay, she then proceeded to grab her dogs after it stopped and took the hell off faster then i could get myself up from the ground. So be safe walking with ur animals in the park. Other then that everything has Ben quiet and nice.
May 08, 2024 · Samantha SchmidtManagement is absolutely worthless. The woman in the office is a bitter troll of a person and quite possibly the dumbest person I've met. She argued with my buyer and questioned if he had "any money at all" and he left. I had to cut $1000 off my price for him to talk to her again. I lost $1000 because the woman is a clueless moron. She also told my buyer about a cheaper home for sale in the park. The owner is out of state and blind to the problems in the place. The maintenence is pretty much nonexistent (except for one hardworking woman always doing park yard work). I owned my home but was treated like garbage. Also their water management company are crooks and equally as nasty(Infinity Billing Enterprises. Look at those reviews...wow) You claim to sell "homes" then run the place like a ghetto trailer park. Look at other reviews and see how they respond. See how they respond to me.
