I cant understand why No POOL? We are in Florida and its miserable hot most of the time and being a 55 and up park people need to move their bodies and excercise and a pool is a great low impact way to do that, not to mention the obvious of cooling off and socializing with your neighbors!!
Aug 15, 2021 · Apryl HodgeProperty management refuses to repair damages to sewer lines from the trees owned by the park. The rules and regs state the trees are property or the park. Then it says sewer lines repairs are the responsibility of renter. If the trees are the cause of the damages the park they should be responsible to repair the damages. Rent has gone up twice in the past 2 years and we get nothing more, no pool, laundry facilities are not good.
