Icicle River RV Park Introduce
Nestled along the frigid, beautiful flow of the Icicle River and set against a backdrop of stunning Cascade Mountain scenery, the Icicle River RV Park offers Washington residents a premier RV camping experience just minutes from the unique Bavarian-themed village of Leavenworth. It is more than just a place to park your recreational vehicle; it is a full-service resort designed to serve as the perfect basecamp for exploring the natural beauty and festive atmosphere of the region.
The park is recognized as one of the leading RV resorts in Washington State, boasting a long history of family-owned operation and a commitment to neighborly service since its founding in 1946. This dedication to hospitality is immediately apparent to guests, who consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff, often mentioning the added touch of a camp host who escorts them directly to their site. This level of personal service ensures a smooth, stress-free start to any vacation.
The resort occupies a scenic 50-acre property where the Icicle River runs directly through the grounds. The resulting natural setting is filled with mature trees and is meticulously maintained, creating a tranquil environment that feels close to nature despite the convenience of full amenities. While the sites are acknowledged to be relatively close to one another, the abundance of trees and thoughtful landscaping provides a degree of natural separation, and the unparalleled beauty of the riverfront setting often outweighs this common RV park constraint. The soothing, natural white noise of the rushing river is a feature frequently highlighted by guests as a major advantage, making for a peaceful night's sleep.
Icicle River RV Park is an ideal destination for those who want the comfort of their RV combined with convenient access to both wilderness adventures and cultural attractions. Whether you plan to shop and dine in downtown Leavenworth or tackle one of the famous nearby hiking trails, this RV park provides a high-quality, amenity-rich environment that enhances the overall vacation experience in the Cascade Mountains.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Beautiful RV park that is nicely maintained. Staff was Friendly and helpful. It’s in a beautiful area with trees and the icicle river running through it and beautiful scenery around park. Nice RV/camper sites with full hookups; and a friendly camp host to take you to your site.Price was good for amenities which includes hot tub! August 22 · Aggie Luisi
- Beautiful location and friendly staff. We were greeted and offered help backing into our site. The restrooms have showers and were nice, relatively clean. Laundry on site, $4 a load. Only downside is that there is not much space between you and your neighbors, but lots of trees and small area down by the water. Would definitely recommend. June 23 · Kari Hunter
- Overall a really nice park. We had a shaded site and it was perfect as there was a heat wave. Dave was super helpful in getting us into our site. The river was a short walk and a nice place to soak our feet. August 12 · Michael Mangione
- Wow! We managed to get a drive up spot right on the River! Location was prime! Also, we saw a black bear about 60' across from the river from us! Never seen one before so that was a plus. As for the RV park, it's tidy, kid friendly, cozy and in a great location! We will be back again and again. Watch for bears! Don't leave your trash or food out. August 07 · Ian W.
- This was our first time staying here and definitely our last. Although the campground is in a good location (sites have very minimal lot size, but close to the river) the customer service was off putting the moment we drove in to check in. We arrived 45mins before check in time (check out is at 11am, and check in is at 2 for reference, and we were coming from 4 hours away from a different campsite) with 3 small children in tow and the lady came out saying we were “really early” and needed to pay an extra $25 early arrival fee. I asked if the site was ready or if there was a place to park and wait and she said no place to park and wait we can keep driving around until 2, and she said “well ya the site is ready but those are the rules”. We do a lot of camping and have never encountered such unaccomadating owners. August 12 · Samantha Pinnell
