Went to visit a friend so IDK much about the place. I can say they allow you to own your own mobile home in the park. They have utilities. I will also say that although the road going to the park was BAD as far as potholes, the road inside the park seemed slightly better, the short distance we went.Update: Park management has changed. Her name is Hannah. She seems good so farNot a fan at all of the new sign on the front door that says masks are required, because that is ILLEGAL now, but she said she's not worried about it, so there's that. I will also say that these roads are not near as bad as roads in some other parks I've visited recently. I appreciate these roads now.
