However, it is crucial to present a balanced view, as past and even ongoing challenges are highlighted by other resident feedback. One review states, "I have friends here that I visit from time to time. From what I have heard and witnessed, the former and present landlords spend most of their time circumventing tenants' rights/laws in the name of profits. My friends cannot wait to move out of this 'park' riddled with many abandoned dilapidated homes with collapsing roofs full of mold, surrounded by piles of junk and weeds that grow higher than the homes themselves. I would not recommend this place unless I had no other choice." This review points to significant concerns regarding the condition of some homes, maintenance of the property (weeds and junk), and potential issues with tenant rights. The positive review acknowledges that the park "Only looks like that because of the people who made this page got evicted for not paying rent for a long time and got evicted so decided to break water pipes n destroy most of the good mobile homes and me and John were to busy fixing everything they destroyed and didn't have time to cut the grass." This implies that some negative conditions are attributed to past residents' actions and the current management's efforts to rectify them.
