What truly sets HSV RV Park apart is its integration into Hot Springs Village itself – the largest private, gated community in North America. This provides an unparalleled level of security and access to a vast array of recreational opportunities, from championship golf courses and pristine lakes to extensive hiking trails and fitness centers. While the park maintains a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, the wider village offers a dynamic environment for those who wish to be active and engaged. It’s a perfect blend of secluded natural beauty and convenient access to world-class amenities.

HSV RV Park is located in Hot Springs Village, AR 71909, USA. This address places it squarely within the sprawling, private, gated community of Hot Springs Village, which spans an impressive 26,000 acres in the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains. The park’s specific location is near the western gate of Hot Springs Village, offering a specific point of access for visitors.
Accessing the RV park requires navigating the internal roads of Hot Springs Village. While the village roads are well-maintained, some, particularly those closer to the western gate, can be described as "windy and curvy" and "slightly narrow," as noted by a past visitor. RVers, especially those with rigs over 35 feet long, should be vigilant and plan their entry carefully, taking wider turns where necessary due to potential culverts or drop-offs near the entry driveway. However, once inside the park, the sites themselves are spacious and offer good maneuverability.
Despite the winding roads within the village, the overall accessibility to Hot Springs Village itself is excellent for Arkansans. It's conveniently located roughly 20 minutes north of the historic city of Hot Springs National Park and approximately an hour's drive from Little Rock, the state capital. This central location makes HSV RV Park an ideal base for exploring a wide range of Arkansas attractions.
From the park, guests can easily venture out to discover the unique thermal baths and vibrant downtown of Hot Springs National Park, explore the natural beauty of the Ouachita National Forest, or enjoy water activities on nearby Lake Ouachita. The proximity to these major attractions, combined with the exclusivity and security of the gated community, makes HSV RV Park a highly desirable location for those looking to balance outdoor adventure with peaceful relaxation within Arkansas.

For Arkansans looking for a superior RV experience, HSV RV Park in Hot Springs Village stands out as an exceptionally suitable choice. This park offers a unique blend of natural serenity, essential conveniences, and exclusive community benefits that cater perfectly to the local resident's desire for a quality retreat close to home.
Firstly, the park's location within Hot Springs Village, the largest private gated community in North America, provides an unparalleled level of security and peace of mind. For Arkansans, this means a truly secure environment for their RV and family, a critical consideration for any travel or extended stay. The quiet atmosphere, complemented by the sounds of nature like a peaceful stream, offers a genuine escape from the daily hustle without venturing too far from familiar surroundings. This accessibility makes it ideal for spontaneous weekend getaways or longer, more leisurely stays without the burden of extensive travel planning.
Secondly, the array of amenities available to guests, by virtue of being part of Hot Springs Village, is a significant draw. While the RV park itself focuses on essential full hookups and well-spaced, level sites, the access to the wider village facilities elevates the experience. Locals can enjoy championship golf courses, eleven pristine lakes for fishing, boating, and swimming, extensive hiking trails, and the modern Coronado Fitness Center with its indoor pool and showers – all within a short distance. This integrated approach means you're not just renting an RV spot; you're gaining entry to a lifestyle. For Arkansans who might already be familiar with or considering becoming members of Hot Springs Village, the RV park offers a fantastic way to experience the community's offerings firsthand.
The fact that "no facilities" (meaning public restrooms/showers at the immediate park) are on-site means it's primarily designed for self-contained RVs, which is common for experienced RVers. However, the access to the Coronado Fitness Center's showers is a thoughtful amenity that ensures comfort for all guests. The strong water pressure is a welcome feature for many RVers, ensuring a comfortable experience inside their rigs.
While some might be concerned about the "windy curvy roads" or the "dangerous entry driveway" for larger rigs, these are navigable challenges that reward careful driving with a truly tranquil destination. For locals, the minor inconvenience of the roads is often outweighed by the park’s quietude, excellent site features like fire rings and picnic tables, and the overall value. The "must be an HSV member or a guest of one to stay here" rule further reinforces its exclusivity and contributes to the well-maintained, private environment that many Arkansans seek for their leisure time.
In essence, HSV RV Park is more than just a place to park your RV; it's an invitation for Arkansans to immerse themselves in a high-quality, serene, and amenity-rich community. It provides an accessible, secure, and enjoyable retreat, making it an excellent choice for local RV enthusiasts looking for a peaceful escape with a wealth of recreational opportunities right at their doorstep.

HSV RV Park Reviews
Very quiet, nice peaceful stream right behind some of the sites and great spacing between sites. No facilities, but full hook ups. Water pressure is fantastic…so much so we had to decrease it to stop triggering the water heater to overflow. Sites are all gravel and pretty level, some had a small concrete pad under the picnic table. Nice large fire rings. Pets welcome but be sure to bring your own baggies for dog clean up. Access closer to the HSV western gate, with windy curvy roads, just need to be vigilant as roads are slightly narrow. Must be an HSV member or a guest of one to stay here. Definitely will stay again!
Apr 13, 2025 · Yvonne WhitleyIf you have anything over 35 feet long plan on taking the whole road to get in their dangerous entry driveway. Culvert on one side and drop off on the other. Sites are good, water pressure is great, our BBQ was busted and on the 4th of out of our 4 days here the finally fixed it. The valley is beautiful enough but to live here and pay $113 a month for roads so narrow that branches took out our outside mirror on the motor home. Just not for us.
Jun 05, 2025 · Ed “Just Ed” LauWe stayed for 2 nights here at HSV. Very quite, there was 2 others here. We were out most of the time visiting my family. There is 30&50 amps electricity, water and sewage. The sites are pretty even, there’s a creek behind where you can launch your kayak. Michelle is awesome and helps with anything you need to know. The office is only open 9-2pm so make sure you call during those times. The only suggestion I would make is there is only 1 working light post they need more lighting. If you come back to your RV at night it’s extremely dark. Oh make sure you READ the email confirmation at the bottom to see what gate you should enter that’s manned by 24 hr security. Great place no extra amenities a little pricey at $40 a night with no extras but nonetheless we loved it here!!
Sep 12, 2019 · Tisha ArmsteadElectric (50/30), water and sewer at all sites. Most are level. Very nice campground for visiting family. $40/night for guests with a 7 day max, $25/night for property owners with a 14 day max. Walking path goes right through it and there's a lively stream but watch out for snakes- we saw what looked like a coralheaf snake in the stream. Fore rings & hook ups but no other amenities.
Aug 01, 2019 · JSWAE RoqThis is a nicely set up park with pull throughs and back ins. Quiet! No full timers. Well maintained. Full hook ups but no other facilities. Access from the main highway is on a few miles of paved but narrow, curvey 2 lane roads. Very doable but just a little tight. Sites are available only to POA members and their guests.
